As others mentioned, Meta refreshers stack every year, so over the first 4 years your TC can increase significantly (refreshers vest over 4 years). Also, Meta does not match because they know they are paying top of the market and they would prefer someone who actually is motivated to work there rather than just chasing $$$

$/hr worked Adobe at your current comp has to absolutely smoke Meta. Don’t know about Snowflake but I don’t see why you’d make a jump to either of these.
