Have offers from both Lyra Health and Upstart. Lyra Health has seen explosive growth and is pre ipo. Could go with either company at this point. I’m really interested in the culture, work life balance, teammates, challenging problems, and overall feeling of impact. Any info on these things would be appreciated. Idk if you care about company’s mission and I have zero insight into either of these companies, but I used Lyra and found it helpful. I like how it’s set up, the materials and coaches. Might be a shit show on the inside, of course, but I would feel pretty good working for them. It is helpful to a lot of people
