Director Technology Salary at RBC
What is the salary range for a Director Tech at RBC Toronto? Also, what is the difference in the mandate of Director and Senior Director? Is it the same and seniority level is different? TC $155

Max TC is less than 300k. Sr. Director (pl05) is mostly about team strategy and connections and director level (pl06) is about implementing the strategy

Something about 130 - 160 CAD, I think.
Directors at banks being paid less than ICs at Tech companies…..
Everybody (on average)gets paid less than IC’s at tech companies & IB firms (BlackRock, Citadel). Tech is the outlier not vice versa.
Question on rbc. For tech side in rbc capital markets - what’s the heirachy. Is is it Associate—VP—director-MD ? Blind tax - 180k +15k tc. Is it possible to move from VP at jp to director in rbc ?
Analyst-> Associate -> Associate Director -> Director -> MD, everybody and their mother is an AD, gets a little more difficult beyond that.
