what is the best way to start a career in tech for a 30 year old? I come from business ops... with mild(excel tableau) kind data analysis experience. i also create logos on the side as a hobby. Based on what i find on google Analytics and UX seem to be a good point of entry for me. But have no idea how either of those careers look in real life. Any insight is welcome!
