Bosch season 4 rating and comments disabled

Amazon original Bosch season four is not great. I think it’s a bit slow and dull, like a 3 star. But why viewers are not allowed giving rating or leaving comments? Got beef, Amazon video people? There are many worse Netflix original shows. I don’t see Netflix disabling user rating on them.
