People who work at quora, how is the company doing internally? How is the mood in the engineering team? I am considering if I should interview with them.
How does quora make money?
Indians have destroyed Quora. It will eventually die fighting reddit
Haven't you seen the kind of discussions happening there.
As a fellow Indian, I agree sadly. Quora had a lot of quality content but now we have a lot of junk. It's sad because there are plenty of smart Indians. But they are overshadowed by total buffoons due to our giant population.
it's all not all about arranged marriage and villager girls but almost there.

I used to work there... I miss it. The engineering team were absolutely smartest I’ve seen in the valley and the company felt a ton like s family. They’ve grown since so I’m not sure if that has scaled. I’ve been told by friends that it’s different now, but they wouldn’t elaborate. At the time I left the company was doing really, really well and was stable.
Why did you leave?
It's different, meaning it's now dumb and lame.
