changing career from nursing to tech.

My friend is changing career from nursing to tech. He is currently doing masters in nursing/healthcare informatics and looking for entry/junior level data analyst or business analyst position for remote role/Virginia/ Georgia area. He has educational project experience of Excel, Tableau, SQL , no professional exp in these skills. He has 1 year of Nursing experience Please let me know, is there any junior level BA/DA opening.
