A recruiter, from jane street, reached out to me about an FPGA position 2 weeks ago. I kind of knew that Jane Street interview difficulty level is that of Google (may be even more). I naturally declined the request . What sort of interview questions should I expect ? I am very week with software, what sort of prep should I do to crack this interview?
Why not just ask the recruiter.

First of all, FPGA design is not the same as software development. I'd be very surprised if u'll be asked leetcode style questions. You'll very unlikely get the job if you don't even know what FPGAs are...
Lmao this is accurate
In fact, we do ask software interview questions to at least some fpga candidates. Our fpga design is done in hardcaml, and we test designs in software, so it does involve a good amount of code.
