I saw on linkedin that apple hiring for RoR developers. Can anyone give my any insight on there interview process? Is it LC or Ruby/Rails related questions?
For starters you need to travel by Caltrain wearing a Ruby jewelry to prove you know Ruby on Rails 🤷
I am curious, how did this go?
How did it go OP?
I have no idea. Maybe a little bit of both? Assuming it’s for a backend or full stack role, I would say being knowledgeable and having experience in similar roles is more important than LC. It isn’t for my team because we don’t use RoR. One thing you’ll find about Apple is that it’s a little decentralized. Much more so than I imagined. There are lots and lots of departments that employ engineers. And the people interviewing you for one team might be very different team.
