Salesforce industry cloud (Vlocity)
I am expecting a PMTS offer from the industry cloud team (one of the Vlocity teams). It'll be helpful if someone can give me an idea: - What TC to expect. - Nature/quality of work. I come from a core platform/storage background and trying to evaluate how well I'll fit in here. Any pointers greatly appreciated. Thanks much! yoe: 14+ tc: 75L (location - India) #salesforce
Op what's your current tc breakup? Vlocity has relatively better work
I had a chat with one of the leaders in vlocity team. Work sounded boring and they also use a lot of sf specific tech.

Vlocity work is much better than Salesforce industries.

Work is pretty dmn bad.. vlocity also nw works like industries .. it's bad wlb and it's majorly generated code.. majorly you would end up using the platform services to make some ui features.. plus vlocity is kind of in adoption mode.. merging with industries .. that would be work

I don’t think the work is great especially with industries cloud. But I have gotten this feedback from some of my friends so I might be wrong as well.
