Coinbase valuation for offers?
People at coinbase - do you know how offers work right now given the company valuation estimates right now? Are offers given at a $100B valuation?

Thereโs no visibility, unfortunately. Jan hires were awarded their equity and Feb hires are in limbo with what valuation their equity will be awarded at.

Itโs surprising that offers arenโt written in with a preferred price or valuation price at all.

A recruiter told me that they werenโt able to disclose that because they had filed their s-1 and the sec is very strict about them not disclosing that info. Not sure how true that is, but that was what I was told when they provided me the offer.

Wow coinbase is valued at 100Bn?!
It is traded at 77B at private market. It wouldnโt be a surprise if it goes up to 100B when public.
