need help in deciding which one to pick got an offer from Insulet corp - San Diego for a senior software engineer role with 4.5 years of experience. 160k base 10% annual bonus(depending on the company performance and individual performance) no relocation(need to move from texas) health insurance 15%off stock as part of ESPP(not sure what the limit is) 401k 6% match(1st year 3% after which it will be 6%) 21 days PTO and 10days holidays can join after h1b visa transfer is approved also got another offer from Fidelity for senior software engineer-texas 95k base 20% annual bonus ~19k (not sure if it’s taxed at 30% or 40%) 10% profit sharing -11,400(on top of base and bonus) 401k 5% match 23 days PTO and 8days holidays can join after h1b visa transfer is approved
