Freshservice( Freshworks) work culture and tech stack
Hi Folks, I am in the process of getting offer from Freshservice vertical of freshworks. It would be helpful if you could tell about the work culture, WLB and tech stack ( HM was vague) in Freshservice. Are components mainly in RubyOnRails. YOE : 6 Current TC: 35 Offered: 45 TIA #freshworks
Code base is monolithic big ball of mud (ror backend and ember front end). Non technical ems, senior folks. Lot of politics and bias. Many lead/staff leave within 3-4 months of joining this shit company. Culture really went downhill in last 2 years. Will suggest to stay away from this shit hole. They keep on reorganizing every quarter. Hiring mangers will be intentionally vague about the team.
