came here from FB, it’s good. more design influence. generally chill, but depends on the team. council is a bit weird but is opt-in one thing is that every team will be substantially smaller than its “counterpart” at FB/google, so you will probably have more scope and interaction with senior managers & directors

also FYI, beyond how kinda ridiculous the remote work demand is, we’ve been doing 25/25/25/25 monthly vesting with no cliff since Feb 2018. he probably just missed it
