I interviewed both at Nuro and Didi. Didi was a far better company with better talents. You are correct that Nuro might have more potential for growth, but the field is crowded now, and Nuro, if successful, might not gain much market share. Didi on the other hand is already a market leader with over 90% of market share in China, and now trying to penetrate into other countries like, Russia, South America, Australia and I believe, Africa too. The downside is - because of recent China crackdown Didi stock has been suppressed. But it is expected to recover soon. Overall, I see Didi being a very successful company in 3 to 5 years.
