Kearney vs Kwalee , which one should join?

One of my friend got offers from these two companies as software engineer , unfortunately she’s not in blind and she needs some help to decide. I heard Kearney has a great work culture but I didn’t find any tech jobs there. Also don’t have much idea about Kwalee.
