How's epam Bangalore's management? I am an immediate joiner and previously used to work in a product based company as a dev. Is it a good idea to join epam given that I don't know who the client will be, what tech stack I'd be handling, what my project duration will be, I need to be at the client's location. I am looking for a good culture with a positive wlb.

Why is our country owned by Israel? I don't want my tax dollars fund genocide. How can we stop this nonsense?
It depends on your situation. If you cannot get a better job, join them. Honestly after working in an outsourcing company for many years I will never want to come back to that again.
thank you I am not very desperate to get a job right now but receiving nearly no calls from product-based so I am a bit worried how long work it take to get a job for me. I have a few months of career break and I started applying recently.
There are better service it outsourcing companies out there than EPAM

Why do you want to move from product to service. Also pay is crapy. What did they offer?
they are still checking on the compensation part. I am 3 years experienced in java tech stack. The reason I was considering it was because I have no offers yet. I was aiming for product companies only but then came across epam and I keep receiving mixed reviews about it, hence confused.
