I was a member maybe 8 years ago and I just ended up buying too much stuff. I was single then. I'm newly married and it seems like all my married friends have a costo membership. Is this that good of a deal?? Which option should I get? Is there a better time to buy a costco membership?
There are websites that gives $40 credit when u buy $60 membership. It only applies for new members so may wanna go that route.
It’s on Groupon
Yes
Executive gives you a rebate gift certificate before the card renews for like 2% of your purchases so it usually covers the cost of the membership or at least makes it cost less than the regular membership.
Pretty sure they have a backstop such that it’s always break-even with the normal membership, even without the card. They give your 2% back as a in-store rebate when you renew
Yes
It's worth it if you have a gas station nearby. Costco always has the cheapest gas or at least in the bay area

It’s a good deal if you actually were planning to buy that stuff in that quantity I go to Costco to get meat because it’s cheaper than whole food for example. And olive oil, flour, rice, etc
The only thing about Costco is you need to plan what you’re buying ahead of time. It’s a good deal, but it’s in bulk. If you go in there to “pick a few things”, you’ll leave with 5 or 6 items and it’s $100
for the gas alone its already worth it imo
Safeway gas is the same price
If you spend a lot including gas, executive membership is no brainer.
Do you like rotisserie chicken and hot dog?
