You heard right. Most folks have PhD, few masters exceptions. Even fewer bachelor's.
Very well known and well respected in AI community but extremely hard to get in. I know someone with 1M tc with 10 yoe. Pays really well.

I was wondering if I should apply, some of the jobs advertised are right up my alley. On Levels I see $295K base and $560K stock. But then I read they’re not planning to go public, so how do I need to see the ‘Stock’ part? Is there a secondary market for the stock? My current TC is $500K, but it’s pretty much all liquid. $300K and funny money isn’t going to cut it.
