Qualcomm offer - evaluation
Offered Senior Engineer position in qualcomm - Bay Area YOE: MS+3 Base: 128K Sign on: 35K RSU: 60k over 3 years This is the best I could get after negotiations. What do you think? Any comments/opinions are welcome.
You will not be able to live a decent life in the bay area with this amount. I suggest either finding another job, or moving to a different area. You will not be able to enjoy your life given the high cost of living which will leave you with almost nothing at the end of the month.

You can ask for a base of 140k, Qcom offers 125-155k for Senior engineers in Bay Area

Tried negotiating using another offer I have from a startup as leverage but this is the best qualcomm could offer me.
How are yearly pay raise and bonus determined in qualcomm?
