The State of Remote at Meta
Hey all! I’m curious if any current Meta employees have any insight… as I will be joining Meta in the next few weeks fully remote and was impacted by RTT in my current role at Amazon. I know there’s been a lot of details swirling around since RTO finally kicked in at Meta last month. As the dust starts to settle how is everything looking moving forward? Return To Team. Essentially remote workers are told to relocate to whatever office their team is based out of or quit.
ah! I know hiring is skewed towards to rto roles but my team has ppl in CA and WA and remote
