Spotify?

What's it like working at Spotify? What's the comp like for a upper senior designer? Where I'm at now is super easy and was a big pay upgrade. But I'm a passionate user of Spotify and wonder if my WLB would go out the window and if so if the base/bonus/stocks would be worth it. Thanks! 9 yoe 170k
