Hello, Joining Qualcomm this month. Wanted to understand if I will be eligible for review this year? Also, if I am considered, what should I expect in terms of base increase or rsu refresher or any bonus? New TC - 300k(Staff) Current TC - 210k YOE - 7 #hardware #compensation

What location are you talking about? That seems like a huge offer from QCOM for someone with only 7 YOE.

Good offer, congrats. Also cut off is June30th so you are good and will receive refreshers, average increment as well as stocks

OP you’ll be eligible for the AR, will most likely get a rating of 2. Bonus will be prorated( ~5k) and RSU refreshers(20-30k) will be low for you this year

Pretty much right, except it is still possible to get rating 3 and 50k refreshers :)
