Zoom ZP5 offer

Recently received an offer from zoom for Minneapolis location. 180k + 421K RSU + 10K sign on + 8% bonus TC ~310K Yoe 12 but only 8 in US Current TC is 190K but good WLB. Should I stay at Target or join zoom. One thing that concerns me is how zoom would fare after pandemic.

Offer seems a little low for 12 YoE. But Zoom won’t be going anywhere with hybrid being the future

Idk enough about COL there to make an assessment. You could use a COL calculator to find out. I assume you’d be around ZP5 given your YoE

Not sure if tc is good or not. But be aware zoom wlb is one of the worst in the industry. If you have good wlb now I would say not worth it.

Yes, I did and I am loving it for good wlb (Quite contrary to the general consensus on Zoom)
