Aurora Leveling
Hey Aurora Folks, I received an opportunity today from Aurora and I have initial talk tomorrow. How does leveling works at Aurora ? What should be estimate TC for tech lead. (Currently 64 , Microsoft , 14 YOE , $250k)
Is $250 your base or total comp?
How'd everything go? Btw levels.fyi has some salary as well. Tech lead and engineering manager are a bit different roles.
Aurora recruiters are cunning as F... Half was through interview I realized I am not interviewing for Lead Position. Questioned ! Got rejected.
Aurora should be able to blow that TC out of the water. There are devs with 4 years of experience making 280k, with 180 base. The RSUs are funny money though.
Well maybe not exactly funny money now
