definition of a good manager
What specification shows that I have a good manager? My manager is really nice and knowledgeable. If I dont go to him and ask for something to do in between projects he also doesn't come to me. I sometimes avoid going to him for more work because most probably it is going to be crappy tasks until the main task comes up. Also, both of us are not talkative so make it harder to communicate well. Not sure how to change my behaviour as a passive person or change the environment to stay more productive like I was before at gard school. TC 190k
Great managers really love the team members and take care of them without telling them so( because that will be creepy)
I would like to report to someone who understands tech stack, not just a plain people manager. Plus who purse the hobby (extra curricular like music, dance, YouTuber or something fun) so that they understand the value of fun in life. Now, fun could be with closer to the family or spending your personal time for fun, a part from geeky work
