Late-30s, starting to see testosterone levels drop. They are not below normal but towards the lower end of the spectrum. It’s affecting my sex life and also affecting mental health 😩 Talking to a doctor about it, but curious to know if people in similar situation had anything work for them without needing major medical intervention (supplements like Roman, specific foods, weight loss etc) #menshealth
how often do you drink? what do you eat? do you exercise? are you overweight?
Get your Vitamin D and Cholestrol levels tested.
TRT if you want to do anything meaningful with your test levels. Natural supplements/approaches produce very minimal results. These will not be enough to move the needle in any form of significance.
Do what Jeff Bezos did, testosterone therapy
Lol. He told you so eh?
ZMA
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2129161/ Did you get your levels tested pre and post? Did it work for you?
This will have very little impact on your levels, much like any natural supplement. That said, ZMA should be a staple in any mans nutrient stack regardless.
Gym gym gym gym gym
Kettlebells. They are addictive, and when ppl see your collection they assume that your level is through the roof.
Just take T it's not bad.
Don’t do this if you want kids or like your hair on your scalp
garlic, ginger, onions, + lemon juice
That’s gonna make my taint smell like butter chicken.
Eat lot of red meat and fish. Poultry too ofc. Time in the sun. Or vitamin D + Cal + zinc supplements. Zinc is really hard to get from foods. Also, lift, to put pressure on the central nervous system, that’ll improve blood flow amongst many other things. And sexual partner is detrimental too. My gf somewhat looks like Blake lively and just looking at her face turns me on. I had some performance issues with my a couple of my exes in the past.
How did you approach working through performance issues with your partners?
Honestly, I did not do much about it. And I don’t know if they were actually unsatisfied. Like 1 in 5 or 6 sessions was good, others were I was just not into it that much it did not have a good hard on. Around that time I was worried about my hair and was using minoxidil(not propecia) which I stopped after a few days of treatment (I have full head of hair for now), so I suspect that maybe it too. But to answer your question, I just tried and when I did not feel like it, there wasn’t much that could be done about it, but the partners were ok. Wasn’t the reason for breakup to my knowledge lol.
