Think about all big tech Meta Amazon Apple Microsoft No one else had skin in the game in ML/AI, except a tiny bit from Meta. Microsoft practically acquired OpenAI (don’t tell me they are separate. 49% ownership is pretty much the majority of shares unless literally all of OpenAI get together to veto Microsoft decisions) So, it is unfortunate Google is getting destroyed by its own weapon used by others
That's just Google's MO. It's only a matter of time before Gemini joins the graveyard.
Metas AI capabilities is a joke
LMAO! OP is tripping if he/she thinks AI is 'tiny bit' from Meta. Meta created the most successful ML library whereas your library is garbage. Meta was and still is much ahead of Google in vision/Embodied AI (Check out best papers in CVPR/ICCV/ECCV in the past decade) and Meta also has a lot of pretty famous ML researchers. Google is ahead only in NLP.
Liar. No Meta isn't
I am a researcher in AI and have published several papers in top conferences. This is the top vision conference (https://cvpr.thecvf.com/Conferences/2024/AcceptedPapers) and check how many papers are from Meta. Llama2 is much more successful than unlaunched Gemini.
I don't think you know what Nvidia is mate. They always had their foot in ML
Nvidia was smaller than Mastercard before 2023
that doesn't matter
