Looks like my spouse may be getting laid off tomorrow. Fishy email with HR. Same subject line as a colleague who got laid off last week. Any idea what could be severance? Tc 150k #deloitte #layoffs

This is generally how layoffs occur. I used to work there. If HR is out of TN main office, it’s layoff. Start exporting docs while you still have access
And get fired rather than laid off
Savings paystubs is not a bad idea, maybe some other docs similar to them. Obviously not something company owned

Out of the blue HR meetings usually mean a layoff. As others have said, download useful documents and contact information before the meeting. All the best to you and your spouse.

4 weeks plus one week for every year over 4 years is what I heard.
My spouse completes 4 years in few days. HR giving 6 weeks only. Asked for more. Let’s see
