do Salesforce recruiters usually update workday status post reject
I had my final round with Salesforce a week ago but haven't heard back till date. Just wondering if the recruiter atleast updates workday in case they decide to ghost.

Have you reached out to recruitment? Also feel free to reach out to the HM on LinkedIn. There’s a few things that can happen, recruiters are quite varied in how busy they are but also their speed in updating Workday. They should (and do) update. But I have heard of a candidate being 100% ghosted a year ago and to this day his application says ‘in consideration’.
