I am currently in a startup, was previously at a mid sized company as Backend Ops. My current TC is 600k 17 yoe ( including paper stocks), wanting to move to a quantifiable salary position. Few things I like about my current role is my team, product has potential. Cons : I have been working 70 hours per week average Few questions from fellow meta folks that will help make my decision: What is culture like in VR ? Are managers cut throat like Amazon? How competitive is it? How much should I negotiate for? Most important question: is this product most likely gonna bomb or be revolutionary. Team has been churning at this for so long. #meta
