does Fragomen ever reply to email
I’m having a difficult time in dealing with Fragomen, they never seem to reply to emails, is it just me or thats their standard practice?
I usually get a reply in between 24-48 hours.
I don't get why every company uses them, such time wasters
BAL is much worse than Fragomen. I had to leave my previous company just because of BAL.
This highly depends on your company. Google uses BAL and they respond to me usually within 1 hour unless the person is OOO in which case they would let me know in advance. Sometimes I don’t even need to ask and they would schedule meetings to tell me things. Perks of working at one of their biggest clients I guess?
Understood. I had to leave Oracle just because of BAL. There I wasted 3.5 years with the false hope that they would actually submit my perm application. Worse yet they pretended to be submitting it "soon" and that pretension continued for 2 years when I finally gave up and left that hell hole
It depends on your company as well. Had to work with them in three companies. The worst one needed escalation from HR to respond to email. RFE response in three months. Another one - the response usually the same day, even an phone call in urgent case
The more your employer pays them, the quicker they are. I had good experience with them as an Apple employee.
Depends on your company, how they handle. I get responses usually in 24 hours for any/ all sort of my random or urgent questions
No. They never reply. It was that way 8 years ago, pretty sure it is the same these days. What I always did was throwing a fit each time, ccing my managers several levels above. That accelerated my case significantly.
For amazon. They have same business day reply SLA
Interestingly, it’s amazon who is sponsoring my visa transfer but I ain’t getting the same day reply
That sucks
I think it depends on the attorney. Mine replies back within a minute usually.
It’s quiet normal. Nor does BAL
