does Walmart labs pay over time for contractors?
my manager is pulling me do some unplanned work every weekend since few weeks. im new to Walmart labs, can I ask for over time? im new to Walmart, pls suggest. I know that keeping job in this situation is important, hence not saying No to her and seeking advice here. #walmartecommerce #walmartlabs

Skilled contractors are exempt from time and a half laws. You'll be paid for each hour you work at the agreed upon rate.
If you are a contractor, you should share this with your agency. Your agency will deal with that manager. OT should be paid for contractors unless you are FTE.
