Bottom 10% applies to everyone at amazon but if you are on a smaller team it’s usually not an issue. Try to get a fixed role and just do your job and you will be fine. Regretted/unregretted attrition never ends at amazon and you will be just fine your first year. The average tenure is less than 2 years at Amazon for a reason.
It’s bottom 6%, and only enforced at the VP or select directors level.
What about in the case that all performers on a team are good?
