EXL Offer

I interviewed at EXL for a data engineering position. Today I received a call from the recruiter saying they’ll make an offer. I have two questions: 1. Is EXL services a good company to work for ? Work culture and work life balance ? 2. I have 3 years of data engineer experience outside the US, what TC should I demand ? Thanks !
