Hi, need an offer and company & team review of the Platforms team at Tekion Corp, Bangalore. Current TC: 24lpa inclusive of bonus and RSUs Tekion Offer: 33 lpa base, 2lac joining bonus, 2lac retention bonus, 4000 units of common stock (recruiter said the current price is somewhat like 20$, and they expect to triple it at a $10b valuation by 2023) YOE: 3.5 years How’s the offer? Wlb is bad.
For dev. atleast, WLB is shit. Stock options are really going to payoff in future, their initial value can be around 120-180 dollar
@SumitKV I’m fine to stretch on weekdays, given the responsibilities. But is it a company wide expectation for devs to work on weekends too? Or is it more about how an individual manages time?
Also, what is the current fair market value of each common stock unit? Do you have any idea on it?
What the strike price for your ESOP grant? in another post someone mentioned about ESOP price @ $7 with Strike price of $4 (around 40% discount). Usually post every round of funding ESOP strike price goes up.
Platform team and Services team both have great wlb, these guys are working on some great tech stack and you could be part of new project or rewriting the current one. And yes internally also expectations are set by end of 2023 for IPO. Correct information has been passed.
