With the recent NLRB case against Zocdoc (https://www.nlrb.gov/case/02-CA-329192 ), I'm curious about the pulse on current employee morale. Any insights or thoughts to share?
Idk but I’m stoked that there’s some kind of visibility into what a joke firing/hiring seems to be lately
Layoffs or just a lot of turnover?
its always been this bad, one time in 2017 they fired half the recruiting team and then the other half quit in unison, leaving the entire recruiting department to be run by a single person
The NLRB protects employees' rights to engage in activities like forming a union, discussing pay/TC, amongst other things. So, this case being open means an employee filed a complaint that their rights were violated and the NLRB is investigating. I was curious what this might suggest about the company culture/morale in general and if it's a sign of a larger problem at the company?
