I know it hasn’t been long but I worry it won’t get better and I’ve got an opportunity for an ideal other role, how negatively does it look on your profile to have a short tenure role? I think I’d be able to get the role without jumping through the hoops of interviewing bc I had an offer from them a few months back but chose another company bc they only had resources to offer me a 6 month contract initially, but I wanted more security so went to a different co which could offer full time I’m worried if I don’t snap up this opportunity I’d miss the chance and then either need to endure this not so good time at this current company where the POs change requirements every feedback session and there’s a culture of fear and grinding til late each day, in the hope it improves, or later I need to then apply and go through the arduous process of finding a new role How bad does it look on cv if you choose to leave before your probation is up bc u found it wasn’t the right culture fit, to put it nicely. This current co is a good name to have on cv, so I’d ideally like to stick at it, but I also care about my mental health and work life balance Any thoughts appreciated TC £100k, UK
