Tile- company culture?

How's the company? I got a recruiter call and the TC range was great ($220k in cash, $100k in series C pre-IPO stock). But how's the culture in the company? Apparently they are partners with amazon so that is scary given how amazon ducks everyone over so bad culture and stress can spread all around. #tech

I wanna know more about Tile.

Been at Tile for almost a year. Worked at Instacart, a CPG company, a scooter company, and now Tile. Honestly, best culture so far. Partnering with Amazon is strategic, not like we are trying to copy their culture. They are launching/have launch a sidewalk proximity service or something to that effect and we are connecting to that to broaden our finding network. There was press about this you can research, nothing confidential. From a culture perspective, they are very flexible and understanding of current climate, as I'm working from home (like everyone) but also caring for my 19 month old. He joins in on meetings, even all hands and nobody minds. Not sure if you're in that situation, but that matters a lot to me. We care about diversity and inclusion and are making changes to improve that. There is open transparency about what we are doing and what is happening. Happy to talk more if you have specific questions.

I got a L6 offer. Rejected though. Felt like there was good scope and culture. Engineering has potential for leadership.. I got a $700k offer from noom so taking that
