How much does Grainger pay per hour for contractors in DevOps positions?

I also got offer from Grainger as a frontend engineer. Could you explain more about WLB in there? I am hearing bad and good things about them
Pay is below average and no equity options too.
They used to pay a very good stock option plan. I was under one when I was first hired by Grainger. Then they decided to cut it all to a "competitive industry average" 401 plan. Many of us lost 10 to 15k a year. Not fun. Many many employees have moved on since this. It all started about 5 years ago. Two major cuts. Slowly.
I like the company over all, just pays low for specialty type people. Went from 75 to 52. I'm ok with it cause I have always invested well and have other income from SEO. But if it was all I had, I don't think I would stay.
