How do I find my dream work-culture?

Working in a big corporate sucks! I (23M) started my corporate journey last year and I do not seem to enjoy it; going to a fancy office, sitting infront of 3 fancy monitors, doing clikaty-clack-clink on my Red Switches, using a Master Mx, drinking some fancy name coffee... everything sucks!!! I always wanted to work in an environment like they showed in "The Social Network" movie, or "Silicon Valley" web-series: shots+programming games, owning big portion of the source code, writing big-big libraries, optimising everything manually, fixing production issues, doing something impactful... I do not get to do any of these things here #tech
