Hey y’all, I am a PM (relevant YOE -3yrs) , total work ex -10 years. Expecting an offer for Sr. PM at eBay. What can I expect? Thanks . Current comp - $150k base
Mine was $310k TC 1.5 year ago. I had more PM YoE than you though

It’s been a while but I think it was something like $180k base + 130k equity every year
There is a 15% bonus for L26. It is ebay policy and non-negotiable. Now, $100K per year RSU will be too much for L26. I’m guessing you included the annual refresher grants.
