Good offer.
Ebay is very very good for job security and wlb. I work around 20-30 hrs a week and most of eBay is same. You will grow here for first2-3 years but have to move out after that. Pay is good for hours we work. But you can definitely find Better offer than this if you prepare more.
Did not Ebay have lots of layoffs in past? Yearly layoffs?
