I recently got an offer from Carta for a mid level software engineer position at the San Francisco location. Anyone know how the RSU refresher scene is like in Carta? Would there be RSU refreshers annually? If so, what will be the refreshers like? Same as initial grant or lower or higher? We just updated our RSU policy some time back. We have refreshers every year in Q4 depending on performance. I cannot compare to other companies but I felt they were very good earlier this year.
Mid level? This seems like an E4 Senior I offer. Also yup you can get RSU refreshers and comp increases with good performance
