Staff 1 gets base (anywhere between 160k and 200k if you’re in PA) and 17% bonus, turn you get RSU grant that vests 25% after a year and then 12.5% every six months (4year vest schedule). Plus you get sign on, depending how good you are at negotiating, I’ve seen people getting 0 and people getting up to 40k.
New hire staff 1 can try to negotiate 160k rsu or more.
