Venmo debit card?
Do you have venmo debit card? Seems scammy to me that they want you to have the venmo debit card in order to Add money to your account.
I have one because it’s another free debit card. Why not. Venmo is a hybrid bank account so might as well get another card. I usually keep a 0 balance in my Venmo account but if for some reason I want to use my Venmo debit card I can. Or a friend can Venmo me his portion and I can immediately use the debit card to pay it. The Venmo debit card is super good for people who are poor or use Venmo a lot. For me, I have cash reserves so it doesn’t matter much at all. But try to get as many cards as possible.

No, don't get one for Christ's sake. They already make a ton of money by investing whatever people have in their Venmo "wallet" Just link your existing debit card and be done with it.
I can link an existing debit card to add money? Let me try. I really don’t want to get their card.
Why do you want to add money to Venmo? If you want to send money to someone it will be instantly deducted anyway
