I’ve heard the ecosystem questions can be the hardest to pass, but they seem pretty straightforward - what am I missing? For example “why is it important to have a filled out profile” or “why did Amazon buy Whole Foods” Looking for practice questions and good frameworks plz! $0TC
I got a lot of those on my linkedin loop. Start with the why / company mission and then talk about how the particular initiative helps (or maybe doesnt help) all users of the ecosystem (like employers and job seekers). It's not a product design question but still you should be very empathetic with the users. Your response should tie it back to the previously mentioned high level strategy or mission. Honestly I really liked LinkedIn's process as I feel they weren't anal about seeing a particular structure / seeing you hit every answer in a particular way (like Meta) but rather seemed to focus on the quality of the content of the response itself. But then again I haven't heard anything from Linkedin since my onsite and Meta extended an offer today so maybe I misread the room, lmao LinkedIn is sweet though -- you get to build on a platform that helps people find jobs. Best of luck
LinkedIn was sweet. Half of LI is interviewing at Meta now
