Starting to get some decent traction in the market and thinking of stepping up my efforts to see where it goes. I've had places like Teal, career.io, and Ramped recommended to me. The value prop being is they combine services like ATS optimization, resume writing, job search CRM, etc. into one place with some new fangled automation and AI sprinkled in now. Previously I would usually manage this myself in Notion but wondered if any of these platforms really increase your chances of finding roles and getting interviews. Does anyone care if your resume is ATS optimized? Does anyone actually get in the door through cold applications anymore? Isn't leveraging your network and referrals still more effective? It seems to me that quality always wins over quantity in a job search but perhaps with advancements in tech, AI, and automation is balancing that out a bit? Curious to hear from professional recruiters and those in HR especially. Thanks! #tech #hr #recruiting #jobs #jobhunt Oh I forgot, lol - TC 170k
I’ve been on LinkedIn a lot. Ignore the politics that has infested there lately and you’ll be fine. Other than that, indeed and monster. But monster is full of body shops so I’ve given them a rest.
I’ve used all of them and I find Jobscan to be the best. It has most accurate results and their support is amazing.
lol thanks bot account
I haven't used any but would be interested in hearing if folks got value out of these
