I got a call from recruiter for position I applied(Snr SDE)....digital delivery team based of Redmond...recruiter doesn't want to proceed further without giving a compensation requirement breakdown? Is this normal? What should I quote her?I have over 10yrs of experience. Current TC - 135K in Bethesda,MD #microsoft #software #compensation

The recruiter does not want to proceed without a ball park. This is what I asked for based on the location Washington DC. Base: 170k to 190k , 40k to 50k/year, 50k joining bonus
What is the Microsoft level of the position?
She did not mention anything about it. Posting says senior software engineer with 5+yrs of experience
