Buy in thirds if that makes you sleep better. Anything that tracks s&P and fire and forget.
Don't wait for a correction. I've lost money every time I've tried. Most of time it works, but when it fails you miss massive gains. Very asymmetric payoff.
How old are you? When will you need this money?
Mid 30s won’t need it for say 5-10 years
1/3 VGT, VOO and QQQ (not vanguard but closest to it is MGK) rebalance annually
